Class Description
1. What will students learn?
In this class, students will learn reading, pronunciation, and grammar. The course is designed to provide a deep understanding of the Russian language as cultural and business opportunities enrichment, equipping learners with the tools and confidence to apply what they’ve learned in real-world scenarios. By the end of the class, students will have mastered reading rules, pronunciation, elementary grammar and conversational skills in Russian.
2. What topics will you cover?
This class will cover a wide range of topics to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the subject. Topics include:

Topic 1: A brief introduction to the history of the Russian language.
Topic 2: An overview of the phonetic peculiarities of Russian.
Topic 3: Detailed reading rules and examples of elementary grammar.
Topic 4: Contemporary online tools for writing in Russian.

Each topic is carefully chosen to build a strong foundation in the Russian language, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

3. How is the class structured?

The class is structured to balance instruction, practice, and interaction. Each session will follow a clear format to keep students engaged and on track:
Introduction (5-10 minutes): A brief overview of the day’s topic, including a fun fact or question to spark curiosity.
Core Lesson (20-30 minutes): A mix of lecture, slides, and/or video clips to explain the main concepts. Visual aids and examples will be used to make the material accessible and engaging.
Interactive Activities (15-20 minutes): Hands-on activities such as games, group discussions, or problem-solving exercises to reinforce learning.
Wrap-Up and Q&A (5-10 minutes): A summary of the day’s lesson, followed by an opportunity for students to ask questions or share their thoughts.

4. What are the teaching methods?
I use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. These include:

• Visual aids: Slides, diagrams, and video clips to illustrate key points.
• Interactive tools: Games, polls, and quizzes to make learning fun and engaging.
• Hands-on activities: Projects or creative assignments to help students apply what they’ve learned.

• I also provide supplemental materials, such as printable worksheets or links to additional resources, so students can continue learning outside of class.

5. What is the teaching style applied?
My teaching style is dynamic, supportive, and student-centered. I believe in creating a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas. I strive to make learning enjoyable by incorporating humor, storytelling, and real-world examples into my lessons.
I also adapt my approach based on the needs of the class/learner, ensuring that every student feel challenged but not overwhelmed. To enhance learning, I select engaging and attractive content that encourages involuntary memorization and long-term retention.

6. How much will learners interact with the tutor?
Learners will have plenty of opportunities to interact with me throughout the class. Here’s how:
During lectures: I encourage students to ask questions or share their thoughts as we go through the material.
• In discussions: I facilitate group discussions where students can share their ideas and learn from each other.
• Through activities: I actively participate in games and activities, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
• In Q&A sessions: At the end of each class, I dedicate time to answering questions and addressing any concerns.
• Additionally, I’m always available to provide extra support outside of class hours via email, the class platform, or other communication methods, if needed.
