読書: 初級A

This class will begin by learning and reviewing letter sounds and introducing CVC blends. We will introduce sight words and begin reading short stories together. 

Monday will be an introduction to new material and a review of material already learned. Tuesday through Wednesday we will begin class by reviewing material from the previous classes, followed by practicing blending words and recognizing sight words. We will read a short story to improve our reading skills. Thursday we will review everything learned during the week and work on comprehension by listening to a story and answering questions about the story.

Educational material will be provided each week for practice. Materials will include sight words, vocabulary words, and practice worksheets.
