While we strive to minimize such occurrences, it's important for students to take extra precautions to ensure a smooth learning experience. This may include having a stable internet connection, familiarizing themselves with Zoom's features, and troubleshooting common issues.
Regarding content, our lessons focus solely on vocal instruction and skill development, with no material that may be upsetting or scary to learners. Additionally, we do not use any media content with official ratings. All instructional materials are age-appropriate and selected to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
As for Zoom, families will be informed about its usage in advance. Students will be required to have access to a Zoom account and familiarize themselves with its functionalities before attending the virtual lessons. We will provide guidance and support to ensure students feel comfortable using Zoom for our classes.
