This 30-minute class includes a warm-up, core strengthening, and a healthy mix of passive and active stretches. Yes, anyone can become more flexible. This class is for the bender who want to do a regular flexibility practice and is looking for some flexpert coaching. Providing all the benefits of personalized coaching, Pilates, yoga, dance, and gymnastics, and all of them are committed to safety, strength, control, and long-term health.
