プライベート数学個別指導 1:1

This class is for learners who would like to practice individually with a certified teacher on any math concept or area. It can be for learners who need additional support and guidance or for learners who are ready to extend their mathematical thinking. 

I enjoy breaking down complex math concepts into easier to understand smaller parts. I focus on building learners mathematical number sense instead of memorizing algorithms or tricks, helping set them up to be more successful in math as concepts get more challenging. 

I encourage learners to bring assignments that they would like to review or have a math area that they would like to focus on. It is most helpful to know the area or assignment a day in advance. These could include writing and saying numbers, counting, skip counting, place value, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, geometry, decimals, percentages, measurement, or problem solving. I will also create lessons and interactive materials for students to learn and practice.
