In one on one private lesson students will learn how to play the guitar by reading music.  Students will also study music theory and implement aspects of theory into their performance skill and knowledge.  Students will play simple melodies, begin learning how to play chords and scales, plus be given the opportunity to play songs of their choice.  Musicians will be encouraged to play for family during this remote learning to enhance their comfortability at the guitar.

This course will require students to use a book for their learning and practice material, though I will provide additional music when needed. During our lessons slide presentations as well as teacher demonstrations will be used for instruction.

Beginners may sign up for one on one session, no experience is needed, just the want to learn how to play and have fun with the guitar.
