このクラスで学べること
This is a one time, 1-on-1 tutoring sessions for elementary school students in reading and writing. My approach is friendly, yet focused. I will individualize the session for your child's needs. I have a background in Reading Recovery and I have been trained in Orton-Gillingham reading approach. I'm currently in the process of being accredited by the Orton-Gillingham Academy at the Associate level. These sessions can be for students who may need extra help, or for students who just need some reinforcement. Parents are free to ask me for help in specific areas, or to have me use my judgment in what to do with their child.

Students will increase their reading & writing skills, and have consistent practice with each. Students may practice phonics skills, reading text and writing in response to text.
