プライベートクッキングレッスン：食事を作る

In this private lesson students of any experience level will learn how to make a full meal (entree and a side), or they can have a private lesson on any cooking topic or recipe of their choosing. Have you ever wanted to learn how to make a family recipe? How about a delicious dessert you had at a restaurant? You choose the recipes and we will make them together! Don't have a recipe or meal in mind? That's fine too! I can come up with a list of delicious choices! This is perfect for learners who are getting older that want to learn recipes that they can cook for themselves and their families. 

In order to have plenty of time to prepare a lesson for both the teacher and student, communication is important. Once a student is enrolled, we will discuss what you want to make and what ingredients are necessary for the meal. I will provide the  list of ingredients once the student has chosen what to make and a recipe will be provided after the class has been completed so they can have it forever!

There may be times that the meal will need to be finished outside of class, such is the nature of cooking sometimes, but the student will be aware of what the finished product should look like when done. 

In this class, open communication and discussion during class is important. Please come prepared with questions about cooking and expect to chat during class! If needed, we will go over the basics of cooking during class such as reading a recipe, understanding measurements, expanding or reducing a recipe, mise en place techniques, etc. 

During class, I will be actively cooking and demonstrating alongside you while sharing any helpful hints or tricks I've learned over the years. I would love to have your student in my class. I look forward to cooking with you! No previous cooking experience or knowledge is required! Parental assistance may be needed when using knives, oven, or stove.
