幼稚園サークルタイムの祭典

This circle time style ongoing preschool class will have songs, games, and sharing to help the students explore the themes of the day. Each class we will have:
1. Welcome song/question 
2. Calendar time (day of the week/month of the year/number of the day)
3. Weather talk (each student will have a chance to dress my friend Mr. Bear for the weather they are experiencing that day. We also talk about the seasons during this time)
4.Discovery box (this is a box is filled with different items to help introduce the theme)
5. Themed songs and games (to help continue learning about the theme of the day)
6. Goodbye (During this time I will ask each learner what part they enjoyed most)

*Something extra special about these classes is that the learning does not stop after class is done. I make 2-3 fun worksheets for the kids to do at home during the week*

Learners will be encouraged to participate in the themed games and songs. On occasion learner's will be asked to bring an item to class to share (similar to show and tell). We may also read a story that will help us to learn more about our theme.  These classes are great for students in the beginning stages of learning preschool basics.
If your child enjoys singing, playing games, and having fun while learning this class would be a great fit. Making sure that all learners are engaged, learning and having fun throughout the lesson is very important to me.  Your child will have plenty of opportunity to interact in class and be involved in the lesson. There will be a mix of on-screen and off-screen learning. 

Here are some of the skills we will be working on during class: 
1. Letter sounds, formations, and recognition
2. Shape formation and identification
3. Number recognition and formation
4. Color recognition
5. Counting and patterns 
6. Name Recondition
Learning about these basics and how they relate to the world around us will be an overall theme in this class.
