In this one time class, we will start out by defining an equation and comparing to an expression. Then we will move to solving one and two step equations, ending with multi-step equations. We will do sample problems at each level and make sure students are comfortable and asking questions if they need help. I will use a white board and online resources to teach the concepts, and build confidence and encourage students in learning by asking for their input when working problems together.
