実践的なライティングスキル: 助成金申請書の書き方を学ぶ

There are many opportunities available for students to write grants to receive funds or supplies for service projects, business ideas, and academic recognition.

In this class, students will learn where to find information for grants for their age and the process it takes to write a grant.  

During our time together we will
1. Look at the questions on a grant application and practice writing responses
2. Discuss what every application committee is looking for and how to demonstrate it in writing
3. Review why grammar and spelling is important and the editing process

This class will meet twice during the week.

Session One - Introduction to Grants and the Grant Writing Process
Session Two - Practice writing a grant and receive input

This 40 minute class is interactive and fast paced.  Student will have time to work on assignments with the teacher present so questions can be asked.  Students will be able to share with classmates what they are working on for feedback.
