Students will learn the basics of how to care for ducks and geese.
In addition to several years as a veterinary assistant, I have been homesteading for more than 20 years, raising waterfowl for at least half of that time. We also keep diary goats, rabbits, chickens, dogs, cats, and a peahen. It is very rarely quiet in our busy little patch of wooded coastal foothills. :)

This course talks about predation as a part of keeping waterfowl. Some learners may be sensitive to the reality that some animals will kill and eat other animals. I do have one photo that shows the size comparison of a goose and a bobcat. Both are deceased and laid out side-by-side, but not gory.
