ポップアート - 聖パトリックデーの猫 - 描画とマーカーアート

In this one time class, students will be learning to draw a Pop Art St Patrick's Day Cat and use markers to color it. We will break down the subject into simple shapes and then refine our drawing. Coloring techniques will cover sketching, marker techniques and exploration of bright colors as needed for the project.

Lessons will be in a "work with me format" with visual and audio step-by-step instructions. I will show my finished work at the start of class as an example along with the supplies needed to create it. Art freedom and fun will be emphasized in a relaxed setting. Students will be encouraged to add their creative personal touches to their work. I will offer a sharing event at the end of the class and/or I will encourage students to upload their finished work to the classroom after it dries to share with me and their art friends.
