The history of poop and toilets is more than just a yucky questions - it can help us understand civilisations from the past. Together, we will look at different primary and secondary sources to examine the history of poop and talk about how poop affected the past and created progress. We'll also look at different...
At the end of this course, students will: Understand the development of toilets in different historical periods Be able to talk about different professions that involved poop. Discuss how understanding poop has helped our health. Be able to discuss primary sources of historical toilets.
I am a qualified primary school teacher and have a PhD in history. I have taught history to children from 3 years old to the postgraduate level.
