Get ready to move and use your imagination as we prepare our Pokemon for battle! In this class, students will spend 20 exciting minutes choosing pokemon and following the exercise move that their Pokemon requires. Let's bend, stretch, jog, do push-ups, crunches and much more popular workout moves as we get our Pokeballs ready to catch em all! I play music and show video clips and pictures of popular Pokemon in battle. In between training moves, we will pause for a much-needed water break...
