In this Ongoing series, we will discuss the basics of Leadership and what makes for a good leader. Students will learn to shoulder responsibilities, work within a team and work towards being leaders in their respective roles as a friend, sibling, peer. This will also set the tone for leading in their chosen career paths. 
My teaching style is interactive; learners will be encouraged to share experiences. We will discuss how to take on challenges, set goals, get motivated and prepare for Leadership. Students will learn to shoulder responsibility and work towards being leaders in their chosen career paths.
A student to student learning environment in the classroom will enhance and improve their communication styles.

No. of classes - 10. We shall loop back once the ten classes are over.

 The following is the Agenda of each class.

 Class Duration - 30 minutes.
Introduction to the topic - 5 minutes
Discussion on Leadership and the day's topic - 5 minutes
Activities  with feedback - 15 minutes
Takeaway and Discussion- 5 minutes.

Week 1 - The 5 elements of Personal Leadership. Discussion and inputs. What is needed to take the lead. ( Activity/ Case study relevant to the topic and their age).
Week 2- Importance of team work. Developing team spirit amongst siblings, peers and classmates. (Role play/ case study relevant to the topic and their age).
Week 3 - Shouldering responsibilities, keeping promises and earning accolades and appreciation. ( Activity/Role play  relevant to the topic and their age).
Week 4 - Setting and communicating goals and vision.  (Activity/ Case study relevant to topic and their age).
Week 5 - Listening Skills (Activity/ Case study relevant to topic and their age).
Week 6 - I, the energetic and self aware leader (Activity/ Case study relevant to topic and their age).
Week 7 - Creating a motivational climate - The Power of positive thinking (Activity/ Case study relevant to topic and their age ).
Week 8 - Managing changes in our lives - Change Management (Activity/Role play/ Case study relevant to topic and their age).
Week of 9 -Resolving conflicts with team, with peers, with siblings (Activity/ Case study/Role play relevant to topic and their age).
Week 10 - Leader, the teacher. Share knowledge, learn from each other and grow ( Activity/ Case study/ Questionnaire relevant to topic and their age ).

Class Rules :This is an interactive class; hence, the child is expected to keep their camera turned on, at all times, during the class. If your child needs any special accommodation, please let me know.

Refund / Transfer policy:

As per Outschool policy, there will be no refund/rescheduling for missed classes. I will be happy to transfer/ reschedule the student, once, during the series, if intimated at least 24 hours in advance, as I might not be able to fill the vacant spot on a shorter notice.
