Orton Gillingham 読書スペシャリスト幼稚園夏期講習、1 年生準備!

The focus will be on reviewing all of the phonics concepts that are taught during students’ kindergarten year, in preparation for their upcoming first grade school year. Through this tutoring course, I hope to help prevent your learner from experiencing "the summer slide", which is a loss of learning during the summer due to being on summer break from school. I use the Orton-Gillingham method to provide multi-sensory phonics instruction, which covers core topics such as phonics, phonemic awareness, spelling, and reading comprehension. 

To ensure tailored instruction, students will move through the concepts at a pace that meets their individual needs as a literacy learner.  After you enroll your learner, you will receive a message  from me to find out if your learner is a "pre-reader" or is already a reader. Providing that information will help me create a lesson that is a good fit for your learner's current skill level. 

Each session is designed to be highly engaging, with the student actively participating throughout. I’ll share my computer screen to display slides and texts for reading, and a document camera will also be used as needed. We’ll work together interactively to make the most of each lesson!
