In this class , students will receive explicit instruction and explore math concepts. The students will actively participate during class and verbalize their thinking process. The goal is for students to learn new math concepts and also review skills learned in kindergarten.
One math concept the students will learn about is subitizing. We will learn how to look at objects but not actually count them but know how many.
