In this course, we will discuss the basic aspects of communication and how they pertain to good leadership: -body language - emotional awareness (eg. reading the room) - word choice - vocal tone We will then discuss a few scenarios where compromising or negotiating may be necessary. Students will learn how to approach these conversations if they are confronting or being confronted.
