Napoleon Bonaparte, a hero for the people or a dictator? This is a question many have debated when looking back on Napoleon's life and at the end of the course, students will be encouraged to answer with their opinion about this question. To do so, we will dive into the details of Napoleon's life, his reign, and the legacy that he left behind. We examine the role he played in helping France recover from the French Revolution, and ask ourselves 'Did he cause more damage than good?'. We will...
Students will explore the life of Napoleon, his achievements and his downfalls. Students will critically examine whether he was a hero or a dictator.
I have a degree in History and am qualified to teach intermediate and senior divisions of History. I have specifically studied this era thoroughly and the major events that occurred during this time. All of the class content will be researched information that is from factual reliable sources accompanied by my extensive knowledge on these subjects.
