This not-so-spooky Halloween class will cover musical concepts at a preschool level. We will sing songs about spiders the reinforce the parts of the body and the music and spatial concept of up and down. We'll go on a pretend trip to the pumpkin patch and sing about turning pumpkins into jack-o-lanterns and explore dynamics like loud and quiet as we go. We'll use the patterns of our pumpkins to create our very own song, and of course, there will be some dancing to Halloween classics! This class will not feature any characters, making it suitable for families who limit commercial screen time, and will give the children lots of chances to interact with one another. They'll be having so much, they won't even realize they're learning!
