Students will feel confident entering into the exciting world of Algebra.  They will have fully mastered all critical skills to set them up for a successful algebraic journey. 

After teaching pre-algebra in a private school for 3 years, I turned my attention to homeschooling.  While homeschooling, I have continued to practice teaching math in a small group setting for over 10 years.  I am a patient teacher and strive to make the math concepts simple while showing the daily application of skills.

Students will be responsible to complete 15-20 math problems twice a week. Depending on the student/class a multiplication speed test might also be assigned.  All homework will need to be turned in 1 hour before class so that we can review the incorrect answers together. There will also be quizzes (10-15 questions each) and a mid-unit and final test (35-50 questions each).

The teacher will grade homework, quizzes, and tests with a percentage grade.  Upon request, parents can receive the results at any time.
