🧡 Level 3 Montessori Phonics & Intro to Digraphs 1:1 Tutoring is designed for young learners who need guidance to read and spell words with letter combinations that make a new sound, such as /sh/ and /u-e/.

🧡 CLASS CONTENT: Each 30-minute session includes: 
Via screen-sharing: 
🌞 I introduce eight colorful photos, focusing on names and descriptions.
🖼️ I engage your learner while demonstrating the Montessori color-coded alphabet with phonetic letter sounds and photos. We sound out and spell words such as "sand" and "cactus." Half of these words include the target digraph, such as "train," "nails" and "raindrops." Note: for learners who prefer to write, I replace this activity with handwriting
📖 Your learner reads a label; I match each label with a picture, and we discuss and describe the picture together. 
🎉 We play a fun cooperative BINGO game, emphasizing picture description, conversation and letter sounds.
 
🥰 My teaching style is warm, attentive and patient. This tutorial class is similar to a Montessori classroom experience; a 1:1 lesson with shared enthusiasm for vocabulary, letter sounds, conversation, and learning to read! Every lesson is tailored to your learner's pace and learning needs. We'll end each meeting with a brief goodbye song with live autoharp accompaniment.
