自宅でモンテッソーリ：「I Spy」サウンドゲーム！

For this ongoing class, we will be learning the different letter sounds for different objects in “I Spy” pictures. We will also incorporate print Sandpaper letters to associate letter sounds with letters of the alphabet.

*** If your child already knows the letters of the alphabet, that is fine. We are focusing on what sound each letter of the alphabet makes phonetically in class for developing pre-reading skills. Older learners (5-6 year olds) are welcome to join the class to help younger learners, too!***

Week of 2/15- Introductions, “I Spy” pictures with finding objects based on colors. The first lessons in learning letter sounds. 

Week of 2/22- “I Spy” with finding objects based on the beginning letter sounds “a, s, m, p, and t.” 

Week of 3/1- “I Spy” with finding objects based on the beginning letter sounds “o, h, b, c, and r.” 

Week of 3/8- “I Spy” with finding objects based on the beginning letter sounds “e, d, g, n, and f.”

Week of 3/15- “I Spy” with finding objects based on the beginning letter sounds “i, w, k, v, and l.”

Week of 3/22- “I Spy” with finding objects based on the beginning letter sounds “u, v, j, x, y, and z.” 

Week of 3/29 “I Spy” with finding objects based on ending sounds “g, t, y, p, d, and b.”
