This class will be held as one-on-one video classes, students should be prepared in a quiet space if possible. My teaching style is full of humor, I ask leading questions, and I am here to be each student's cheerleader. Topics include: deep breathing body awareness positive visualization mindfulness techniques

Students will learn breathing techniques to allow for a sense of calm in their minds and bodies.
Students will be asked questions about their favorite activities and activities that can be stressful. This will help them be more cognizant of fluctuating moods.

Throughout my journey, I’ve had the opportunity to study with various meditation experts and deepen my practice through meditation retreats. My experience as both a teacher and a lifelong meditator allows me to guide children and families in simple, effective techniques to find calm, focus, and balance in their daily lives. I am a persona who has spent a lot of time learning to live with a healthy mindset and I love helping other do the same.
