数学の強固な基礎（K-1）：基数と数え方

This class will focus on getting your child strong in basics of Mathematics.  The focus will be on Cardinality and Counting and the following topics will be covered in a series of classes. I recommend that your child take all the classes to understand the concept completely. 
The class will be interactive and lots of fun. My teaching methods focus a lot on games, slides and making it visually interesting for the young curious minds.
 
Week of March 6th: Counting 0-10
             The child will learn the names of numbers, the concept of zero, how to count numbers from 0-10 through interactive games. 
Week of March 13th: Counting 11-20
             The child will learn the names of numbers 11-20, how to count forward from 0-20 from a given number, count backward from a given number. 
Week of March 20th: Skip Counting & Number words
            In this class, the child will learn how to skip count by 2s, by 5s and learn to match the number to its word. 
Week of March 27th: How Many? 
           In this class, the child will learn how to count objects and come up with a total. They will learn to connect counting to cardinality. 
Week of April 3rd: Compare numbers
          In this class, the child will learn how to compare numbers and identify the bigger/smaller number. They will also learn how to compare objects by counting.
Week of April 10th: Revision of all concepts
