These office hours are exclusively for students in my classes and are not public. Office hours are student directed based on topics and questions they need help with. The sessions are intended to be a way for students to have more access to & support from their teacher: me! :) They are always OPTIONAL. In office hours students can bring problems from class or their practice assignments to work on. They can ask questions and get more personalized help. They can also just come without specific questions to get more review and practice of what we are covering in class. I want to be available to my students outside of class time and this is the way to make that happen! Topics we can cover include: Multiplication Division Decimals & Decimal Operations Fraction Basics Fraction Operations Expressions Equations Percents

I have been teaching math at the middle and high school level for the past 12 years. In that time I have taught all types of learners and courses from 6th grade through Integrated Math 2 (Algebra and Geometry).
I came to Outschool aiming to help learners who need math support. I hope to empower them to see that they can master math with time, effort and support. I want each of my learners to leave class feeling more confident and ready to take on the next math challenge.
Some fun facts: I've done the flying trapeze, shot a giant confetti cannon on the field of an MLB game, and even made a brief appearance on The Price is Right. In my free time I love relaxing with my family, yoga, crafting, going on walks & hikes, and shopping at Trader Joes.レビュー
