We will learn/ practice number sense, computation, estimation, measurement, geometry, probability, and algebra topics.

Students will build on prior knowledge, master content, and advance! Real- life examples will be used to help students realize the importance of “Mastering Math Skills!” 

Introducing math games into the classroom is a great way to make learning fun, engaging and motivating for young learners. This also helps students develop a positive attitude toward math and set them up for a successful academic future. Fun, hands‑on math games are one of the ways I make math concepts clear and keep all students engaged.

Students will begin their first class with an informal pretest to allow me to determine their strengths so we can build on those. I will use their skills that need attention to create an instructional plan to best meet their needs.  

I believe Math is extremely important and necessary in everyday functioning. Patience and high expectations for all students are just two of my many qualities as a teacher.
