It is meant to be used as a review for learners who will be moving into the 7th Grade math curriculum next school year. My experiences as a home educator and private school teacher have afforded me 10+ years teaching math concepts to students of all ages, especially 6th graders. Our group sessions are highly interactive and (sometimes) very competitive. The learners will have a chance to compete against each other (but also work together) each week and earn rewards as they play. Not all students will win. Learners should be able to exhibit good sportsmanship regardless if they win or lose. In this group the materials will be presented to the learners via an interactive Canva or Google slideshow presentation (shared on the teacher's device, only). We also may utilize Google Docs for the assessments. No external links will be clicked. No additional websites will be visited. No additional logins are necessary for the learners.
