In this class we will be making a great beginner cookie-No Bake chocolate cookies! That’s right, no oven required. But we will be using the stovetop so adult supervision is needed. Students will follow along with me, in their own kitchens, in real time, and by the end of class will have their very own No Bake cookies to share with family and friends! This class can be an easy way to get learners comfortable in the kitchen and build confidence to make a treat for the family.

1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup cocoa 2 cups sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 cup peanut butter 3 cups oatmeal Parchment paper or aluminum foil for placing cookies onto for hardening
