Welcome to London Virtual Tour Camp 4. This week we will explore the London Eye, HMS Belfast (a battleship!) and the Sky Garden (an indoor garden on top of a skyscraper!). In each class, we will "virtually visit" the location, learn some interesting facts about the place, hear about historic events that occurred there, and take a virtual selfie. As a professional London tour guide, I'll answer any questions you may have along the way! Each class will be a 30 minute class focusing on one particular London tourist site. The class will be taught using slides, videos, Google maps. Each child will have a handout with facts and questions to answer. Discussion during class will be encouraged, virtual selfie can also be taken using a zoom background given in class.
