Ready  to fall in love with painting?   
Paint - a - long classes  are fun for any age.    No painting experience is necessary.......Really!  
Just paint - a - long with Ms. Muse  and by the end of class time,  you will have created a masterpiece! 
 Students will follow along step by step as I paint every detail right in front of them.   
  I will demonstrate  how the paint colors work together and layer these to create beautiful paintings with depth. 
 They will learn painting terminology and some awesome techniques.
 Students will have be able to share  their work at the end of the class if they choose. 
  It's exciting to see how proud they are of their work and they will improve with each painting they create.

• Acrylic  paints :    Any acrylics will work.
  Craft acrylic paints such as Apple barrel or Craft Smart  dry quickly  and have great colors. 

*Choice of Background color 
 White (+ extra white for final touches ) 
 blue 
orange
dark pink or red
lemon yellow
black 
green 


• 11x14 surface such as 
Canvas /canvas panel /canvas paper /watercolor paper/thick multi- media paper/wood

*Please note, the structure/ timing of the class is geared toward  SPECIFICALLY  11x14 or smaller . 
 This manageable size allows for ample time to work on each step, and for all levels of painters to enjoy success.      

• SHORT HANDLED brushes :   (flexible,  synthetic bristles please) 
  •  3/4 “ or  1 " Flat wash brush 
  •Medium sized ROUND brush  ( size 8 ) with a point 
   • Small Detail brush with a nice point.  

• 2  Bowls of water 
•EXTRA paper towels
•Paper plate for paints  and one for  mixing. 

SETTING UP YOUR PAINT STATION: 

Long hair should be tied back 
Paint flat on a protected table surface.  
Please position ALL supplies on SAME SIDE of table NEXT TO the hand you paint with .  
Computer/device to be faced directly ahead  for head on viewing of  student and painting. 

• headphones may be helpful .
