We will start by a brief mindfulness practice to introduce the concept of all the gems (virtues) within us. What is the virtue (i.e. love)? Why is it important to practice it? How to practice it? Related Group Activities: discussions, virtue songs, cooperative games, story time, arts...
This class will guide students through understanding, examples, and related activities how to practice virtues (love) in daily life in interactions with their family, friends, classmates, and teachers.
I have over 15 years of experience teaching virtues and other subjects at children’s classes and summer and winter camps as well as public school.
