I am so excited to offer this one time class that allows me to share life on our 500 acre ranch with my students. Kahoot is used which works best on a second device such as a phone or an Ipad. If the learner is familiar with working with two tabs open, then one device will work. The term "steer" refers to a neutered (or castrated) male bovine. I will avoid the terms and plan to say that a steer is a male animal that is raised only for beef. I may have to say that it is surgically altered if any questions are asked.
