Students will learn the letter Sounds and names through video clips, games, slides and lecturing. This will be a very engaging course with music, colors and a lot of practice. From this, students will then learn CVC words (sight words) as well as how to be able to blend words together. This also will include that students will learn vowels.

Hi everyone! My name is Erin Mangia and I am currently a Kindergarten teacher. I have been teaching for the last 8 years. 2 years in Kindergarten, 4 years in 3rd grade, 1 year in 4th grade and 1 year in 5th grade gifted. I teach every subject in every grade I teach in each year. I received my Master's in Reading in May of 2022. I have been a tutor for the last 10 years both online and in person.
I absolutely love being a teacher as well as being a tutor. Seeing children understand a concept and their love for learning makes my heart grow! I know I am exactly where I am supposed to be in life.
