読み方を学びましょう！

Let’s Learn to Read! is a phonics based program designed to provide early readers a strong foundation of literacy concepts.  This is the first in a series of classes constructed to help early readers develop a strong understanding of reading strategies and phonemic awareness.  

Join our friend, Telly the Turtle, on a reading adventure! Learners will accompany Telly through a fun world of imagination as they discover letters, letter sounds, and ways to use reading skills to make new words. Telly has fun games planned for students, including finding the beginning, middle and ending letter sounds of words, looking for words with specific letters, and finding words in print. 

 This class focuses on CVC words with the letter A. Students will explore the varying sounds that letter A can make, and how to use those letter sounds to read new words.
Students will learn the sounds of consonants, and each letter sound has a fun movement and chants to help young learners commit the phoneme to memory. 

Learners will explore words that are frequently seen in text, often called sight words. Studying these words help children to recognize them in stories, books and environmental print. 
 I believe that children learn best through learning in an interactive manner. Students will be able to move, chant, say sounds aloud, and act upon their learning
