このクラスで学べること
This class is aimed towards 3-5 year olds. I will be discussing emotions and when we might feel each emotion. I will also talk about how we can cope with various emotions that we might have. It is okay to feel all the emotions but it is important how we express them and act on our emotions. I will be showing various pictures and displaying that emotion on my face and talking about why I would be feeling a certain way. I will show the students what on my face shows that I may be feeling a certain emotion. There is no required background knowledge to be in my course! I welcome all ages and can't wait to meet your student!

My name is Mallory and I am excited to start teaching class to help young children with their social and emotional skills! I have previously worked as school counselor for an elementary school where I taught my students lessons over social and emotion topics. I would also provide individual, group, and class lessons to the elementary students. My philosophy is that each child learns a different way. There isn't one way of teaching that is going to be successful for all children. As a student advocate, I try and find how each student learns best and help them succeed in their own way!
