Lets go on an adventure diving, ducking and jumping from dangers :) In the class I will take your preschooler on an adventure like no other. Lets exercise and get our body moving while learning how to communicate in a group setting. On this adventure, runners will endure 3 levels of Minecraft dungeon running. Jumping over lava, avoiding water and monsters, and defeating the Ender Dragon to obtain lots of DIAMONDS! Join me as we move and have fun together.

Students will be involved in a challenging and competitive physical fitness routine, please be aware of the potential hazards. Please have an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle close, and adequate stretching before the class. The class involves pretending there is lava on the floor so they will need a space to jump on to, a couch, cushion etc. Injuries tare possible and parental supervision is required in case of injury.
