このクラスで学べること
In this 40 minutes class, the student will learn to draw and then color it with crayons and colored pencils. The student will discuss in advance with the instructor what he/she wants to draw. Some examples are: landscapes, sea creatures , butterfly, peacock, artistic flowers and designs and realistic flowers, as well as trains. I will be giving step-by-step instructions. The camera will focus on my drawing and coloring so that the student can learn by watching. There is no special experience required to join this class. The student will keep their video on all the time to show their progress when asked throughout the class. At the end of the class, student will show his/her artwork to the teacher and can communicate about the artwork that we completed. We will begin with an introduction. Then we start with the artwork. Student can communicate with the teacher if he/she has any questions. We end the class with the positive feedback about the artwork created. We can also discuss what the student will like to learn in the next class, if interested to continue further with more art lessons.

The student will learn to draw and learn coloring techniques. The class will also help with visual motor coordination, fine motor skills and focus. The student will be able to socialize in a learning and creative environment.

My name is Meena.
I am a visual artist.
I have a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. Art is my childhood passion. I have taken various courses in water coloring, oil painting, metal embossing and pottery.
I have displayed my artwork in various art shows, art councils and open studios.
I have been teaching Art for about three years.
I have listed different types of classes. I teach drawing and coloring with colored pencils and crayons, drawing and water color painting. I give step by step instructions in each class.
My goal in teaching is to give clear instructions and enhance creativity in my students.
I have twin boys in their tweens! My life is centered around my family and my artwork.
I joined Outschool in the year 2022 but only recently applied to teach at Outschool.
