Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching so let’s celebrate together! We will start off with introductions to our new friends and talking about our plans for Valentine’s Day and the people we care about. Students are welcome to print out an adorable coloring page (found in the classroom) to do during or after class if they wish. They can display this as a decoration for the big day or give it to someone they love as a gift! Next, we will play an entertaining game of Valentine’s Day “Would You Rather” that will be sure to get your students laughing. Finally, we will be making some delicious Cupid chow! This easy to make snack is yummy and perfect to share with those you love! Students will be able to hear a fun story about this special day while they are making their flavorful treats. I hope to meet your learner very soon! (Students are always welcome to participate as much or as little as they like. I welcome students of all abilities.)

Welcome!
When students are interested in what they are doing, learning they will WANT to learn! I hope that your students will love to learn and become lifelong learners. I want all children to feel comfortable, engaged, encouraged and have fun in my classes I have worked with students from ages 0-14 for over 20 years. I have held several other jobs than teaching which I adored but at this point this is my passion.
My teaching experience comes from multiple sources. Online I have taught thousands of children overseas to learn English through VIPKid. VIPKid (now VIPTeacher) is known for their vigorous standards and training. I have also taught for an elite online program, called Synthesis. Synthesis is an elite program created by the one of the founders of Ad Astra. (Ad Astra is the school that Elon Musk created at SpaceX.) I have also taught thousands of children right here on Outschool since 2020.
Offline teaching experience comes from teaching at a Montessori pre-school, teaching swim and gym classes, summer camps and Sunday school. I also have taught students with a wide range of mental and physical abilities. All students are welcome in my classes and I am willing to make accommodations if requested.
My education consists of a BA in psychology, a BA in Conflict Resolution, TESL, TEOFL, over 40 online teaching certificates, mental health first aid certification, and palliative care certification.
I have two children who are everything to me. I homeschool them and we love going on adventures together. In my spare time I love travelling, baking, camping, Disney, swimming, the beach, water activities, working out, reading and all things full of sparkle and glitter! You can always find me taking a course or earning some kind of certificate.
