Does your student love building legos? Do you want your student to practice their writing? If so, this one time creative writing class is a great way to get your student excited about writing! Class will be set up as a "mad lib" format. I will provide most of what will be written and your student will choose different parts of speech to include in their lego story. We will focus on parts of speech and writing in complete sentences. At the end of class, your student will read their story (if they feel comfortable). If you do not see a day or time that works for your student please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs. If your child struggles with reading or writing, please put a note so I can best prepare for class.Thank you so much for your interest in my class and I look forward to working with your student!

Hello! I have a passion to help little ones learn and have fun doing so! I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science, am in the final stages of completing a Masters in Elementary Education, and have been in the classroom since 2018! I have privately tutored elementary, middle, and college students over the years. My favorite type of out school classes to teach are small group math courses, private tutoring sessions, and creative writing courses. I enjoy teaching students new ways to learn reading comprehension and math skills! My goal is to provide students with the skills they need to be academically successful.
