In this 25-minute course, students will gain confidence in reading in Spanish! In each class, we will read a short Spanish text together. A typical class agenda is:

(1) Introductions
(2) Learning new vocabulary
(3) Reading a short Spanish text as a class
(4) Reviewing the text

I will teach using as much Spanish as possible. By exposing students to the language, they will be more likely to retain that information and build their confidence in Spanish! 

Each class may be tailored differently depending on the text, but the Spanish text will be displayed for all to see. We will discuss the text together. When reviewing, we may play a game and perhaps even practice some speaking and writing too! 

Students should know how to read in English to participate. It may be beneficial for students to have a basic understanding of some Spanish to participate, but it is not required.
