This could be used as a follow up course for ” Drum Like A Rock Star” Jr High Edition level 1. In this ongoing course, students will continue to learn basic beginning patterns. These patterns will consist of rock beats popular in today’s music. Along with these, there will also be a series of hand and foot combination patterns used to gain basic mobility around the drums. Materials would include student’s own sticks and drum set. I ask that the students provide themselves a notebook to keep their PDFs in from our class as I may refer back to a previous exercise from time to time.
