I am a self taught cook/baker for 20 years. I have taken cooking classes here in the States and in Italy. I grew up in the kitchen watching my grandparents cook and bake. In my intro video you will see some of the meals/baked items I have made.
A supply list will be provided after discussion and after a meal has been chosen. This will be listed in the classroom.
Working in the kitchen does require adult supervision. Depending on each learners age will depend on the amount of assistance needed.
