I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher since 2007 I've been practicing and teaching for over 18 years. Teaching all age groups , most of my experience is with school aged children. I teach yoga and meditation in area high schools and students as well as parents see results in a short time. I have Studied sanskrit , mantras and mudras under Golden Bridge, NYC 2009-2012 Cerirtified MBSR teacher (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) 2011 I have been teaching this technique in my yoga classes on a daily basis as well as weekend workshops since 2009. I feel children and young adults can benefit grately with this tool.
