During this course, students draw several different cartoon faces, hairstyles, and outfits. Rozine demonstrates these things in a way that offers artists a variety of options towards creating their own unique avatar(s). Some artists may feel comfortable drawing more than one character at a time, as the steps are shown in such a way that this can be accomplished with great success. If an artist is more interested in the intricate details of a character, Rozine suggests they focus on only one character drawing per session. Rozine will guide students step by step, stacking basic geometric shapes with pencil until the fundamental shape of the face, hair, and body is established. Other personalized details can be added lightly before students darken their lines and erase the founding shapes. Depth through shading techniques may be shown with pencil or colors if time allows. Learners have fun with Rozine's curriculum which includes seasonal pop art, cartooning, and graphic design. Students thrive in a creative environment where they are encouraged to develop their imagination and artistic expression.

Since 2005, Rozine taught cartooning classes to elementary-aged, inner-city children in Chicago and Los Angeles. She is the illustrator, author, and publisher of several all-age coloring activity books.
