Let's get kids excited to learn about money alongside the lost pirate. In this class, students will learn to skip count by 5's, 10's, and 25's, the concept of money, how to identify, describe, count, and add different coins together with a pirate that is determined to learn about his family's passion, money, through games, songs, crafts, and giggles. 

In the first video of the course I will show the steps to making a treasure chess bank out of a recyclable that will be used in the rest of the class.   

In each video followingo, I will post a video of myself teaching the lost pirate all about money. Students will learn to skip count by 5's, 10's, and 25's, the concept of money, how to identify, describe, count, and add different coins together by watching the lost pirate, and myself play games like Slime the Money, The Coined Cup, I Spy, and Coin Grab. Students will also be doing these activities themselves. 

This class will be very interactive and include additional sources including worksheets, hands-on activities, links to games, and songs to continue their learning.
