What Will Be Taught?
The Leadership Academy is designed to empower teens with essential leadership skills that set them up for success in school, relationships, and future careers. Teens will master communication (clear expression and active listening), teamwork (collaboration and conflict resolution), and decision-making (critical thinking and problem-solving), equipping them to lead with confidence and purpose.

Each session dives into practical, real-world leadership topics, including:

How Is Your Class Structured?
This summer program runs 4 times a week for one week. Classes blend structured learning with interactive fun, ensuring teens stay engaged. Weekly themes tie the skills together, building from foundational concepts to advanced leadership challenges.


How Will You Teach?
I use a dynamic, hands-on approach that mixes live lectures, visual slides, and short video clips to explain key ideas, followed by activities to put skills into action. Learners won’t just listen—they’ll practice what they learn through guided exercises and group challenges, making leadership tangible and exciting.


What’s Your Teaching Style?
My teaching style is energetic, supportive, and learner-focused. Think of it as a coach-like vibe: encouraging, approachable, and focused on drawing out each teen’s potential. I balance structure with flexibility, adapting to the group’s energy while keeping sessions lively and relevant to their lives.
