tep back in time to the heart of the Middle Ages! In this 2-week summer camp, we’ll uncover the real history behind the knights, castles, plagues, and power struggles that shaped the medieval world. Forget the myths and legends—this camp reveals the historical facts that made the Middle Ages one of the most transformative periods in history.

The Middle Ages were filled with political intrigue, intellectual rebirths, epic wars, and devastating plagues. From the rise of feudalism to the critical battles of Joan of Arc, we'll explore how life, politics, religion, and war intersected to shape the world. With 45-minute, interactive sessions, students will dive deep into the history that laid the foundation for modern Europe.

Week Two: Religious Reformation, Wars, and the End of the Middle Ages
Day 1: Reform in the Church: Thomas Becket, Crusades, and Church Criticism

Day 2: The Papacy Moves to Avignon, The Great Schism, Hundred Years War, Joan of Arc

Day 3: The War of Roses, Dante, and The Canterbury Tales

Day 4: Rise of Eastern Empires: Ottoman Empire and the Russian Empire

Day 5: The End of the Middle Ages: Black Death and its Aftermath
