In this class we learn all the tips and tricks for successful pie-making. We will make a seasonal pie, from scratch, in our class, as well as learn a little bit of the science behind successful baking. This class is a live, cook-along class so please be prepared to make a pie and have your ingredients ready! Tools or supplies needed: 2 mixing bowls rolling pin Pastry Mat or flat, clean countertop Pie Plate Pastry Cutter or 2 dinner knives Dry and Liquid measuring cups Zester or fine grater Pie weights or Dry beans w/ foil Wooden spoon scrapers measuring spoons 3+ quart pot Fine Strainer Hand or Stand Mixer with whisk beaters ** We will be using the stove top and the oven for this class. Adult Supervision is necessary for young learners!
